The admission process at Blue Oak School includes opportunities for applicants to visit the School and gain a better understanding of the our educational program, philosophy and mission. We encourage applicants to join us for a school tour, enrollment information meeting or open house program.
Blue Oak School is currently accepting applications for the 2010 - 2011 school year.
The Application
The Blue Oak School application consists of an application form, teacher recommendations and school records. A $50 application fee is required to accompany the completed application form. An application fee waiver is available upon request.
Applications are currently being accepted on a rolling admission basis to allow families to apply for available openings at the School. For more information about rolling admission, please contact Christopher Bezsylko, Director of Admission.
Tuition & Financial Aid
Tuition for the 2010-2011 academic year is $18,975. The tuition includes the cost of day and overnight fieldtrips, participation in team sports, participation in the Middle School play, and student laptops in the Middle School.
Because the School is determined to make a Blue Oak education accessible to families from a wide range of economic backgrounds, the school offers need-based financial assistance to over 40% of our current student population. The School encourages families to attend the Financial Aid Clinics and/or request a financial aid application if they have concerns about their ability to afford the tuition. Please contact Christopher Bezsylko to learn more about financial assistance at Blue Oak School.
