Admission Checklist

  1. Attend Enrollment Information Meeting. Go to Experience BOS for dates and times.
  2. Register for a School Tour. Go to Experience BOS for dates and times.
  3. Complete Blue Oak School Admission Application.
  4. Return application to Blue Oak School Office of Enrollment at 1436 Polk Street, Napa, CA 94559, together with $50 application fee. An application fee waiver is available upon request.
  5. Give appropriate teacher recommendation forms to current teachers with stamped envelope addressed to Blue Oak School Office of Enrollment, 1436 Polk Street, Napa, CA 94559.
  6. Submit school records request form to appropriate current school office for release of records to Blue Oak School.
  7. Financial aid applicants: Complete Student and School Service for Financial Aid forms. Go to Financial Aid for more information.
  8. Attend appropriate Open House Program with your child. Go to Experience BOS for dates and times.
  9. Student attends appropriate Assessment Day. See Admission Calendar for dates.
  10. Schedule a class visit for your child by calling the Enrollment Office at 707.261.4500. Go to Experience BOS for more information.
  11. Arrange a parent interview with the Director of Enrollment and Marketing by calling 707.261.4500. Go to How to Apply for more information.
