uilding a student body that accurately reflects the population of the Napa Valley and its surrounding areas continues to be one of the most important challenges facing the School. It benefits all students to be part of diverse communities where hearts and minds can be opened to new perspectives and points of view.
To help build the diversity of our student body, Blue Oak School has created Nuestro Futuro. This financial aid fund is reserved for children of Latino descent and is supported by both individual and local business donors. In addition to offering financial support, several area businesses also partner with Blue Oak School to introduce the School and the Nuestro Futuro program to their employees. Thanks to this outreach, more Latino families are learning about this educational alternative for their children.
